Golden Pass Pipeline Open Season Announcement - 11/23/2004

Golden Pass Pipeline LP will conduct a binding open season to determine interest in firm capacity for natural gas transportation on a pipeline project, as described below.

The open season begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on Monday, November 29, 2004 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, January 27, 2005.ᅠ If you have any questions regarding the open season or wish to request a copy of the open season bid package you may do so by either emailing the request to jim.k.hanrahan@exxonmobil.com or contacting Jim Hanrahan at (713) 656-8602.

The Golden Pass Pipeline LP (FERC Docket No. CP04-400-000 et al) pipeline system is planned to consist of two 36-inch pipelines to transport up to 2.5 bcfd of natural gas from the proposed Golden Pass LNG import terminal in Jefferson County, Texas, to existing intrastate and interstate pipelines.ᅠ Golden Pass LNG Terminal LP, an affiliate of Golden Pass Pipeline LP, has filed a separate application with the FERC for authorization to construct and operate the proposed LNG import terminal.ᅠ The two pipelines will extend approximately 43 miles and 77 miles, respectively, from the terminal to an intrastate interconnection in Orange County, Texas and an interstate interconnection in Calcaseiu Parish, Louisiana.ᅠ Additionally, a 2-mile, 24-inch pipeline lateral from the main pipeline will connect to the ExxonMobil Beaumont refinery.
