The first step in the project development process
included obtaining rights to the property, obtaining community input and conducting
detailed planning and engineering studies to determine whether to move forward
with the permitting process. We are now in the permitting process, which is
estimated to take about 18 months and is led by the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC). Following a successful permitting process, the
LNG project would enter the construction phase. It is estimated to take about
three years
to construct an LNG onshore terminal.
